Whether one gets married in a church or on the beach, this idyllic isle is completely romantic and fun. No matter where the location of the actual ceremony is, brides should definitely plan at least one event on the pale pink sand beach framed by clear turquoise water. What could be a more beautiful, fairy-tale setting?

 

“As wedding guests are usually on island for at least three days, there’s lots to do to keep everyone busy – from charming shops and a variety of restaurants to in-house massage and personal training to boat charters for diving, snorkeling, fishing (deep sea and bone) and picnics on a deserted island. All of which we can organize for clients who rent villas through us.

“Another fun feature on the island are the golf carts which are how one gets around. One bride even planned a island-wide treasure hunt and guests had great fun zipping around clutching the list of things they must find. Golf carts are also ideal as one can’t get into too much trouble – especially after a couple of glasses of champagne!”

Villa Sirine – Oualidia, Morocco

As water is very scarce in Morocco there are no bathtubs at Lagoon Lodge. Water comes from our own well, and we’re sure you’ll understand how valuable this resource is. We run an eco-friendly lodge. We heat all the water in the house using solar panels and recycle all our grey water through various filtration tanks. It is then used to water the garden.

Schloss Kogl – Austria
