The Longhouse
The Longhouse, the crown jewel of the estate, offers an unforgettable stay in a villa crafted from solid golden teak and decorated with modern European furnishings and contemporary art. Perfect for honeymoons or special getaways, this villa spans over 1,300 sq. meters (10,650 sq. feet) of open living space, featuring breathtaking views of rice fields and mountains stretching to Myanmar. Relax by the tranquil lotus pond and waterfall or read in the serene sala nearby. The main villa’s expansive living room, adorned with antique chandeliers and ceramics, invites you to unwind with a book or enjoy the breeze. The master bedroom offers sliding doors opening to stunning views, a spacious dressing area, and a luxurious bathroom with a clawfoot tub, heated floors, and towel racks. Modern amenities include a pop-up TV with international HD channels and a large entertainment area with a 70-inch LED TV for movie nights. Start your day with breakfast on the balcony overlooking the koi pond and end it with a candlelit dinner gazing at the torch-lit rice fields.

Jumpee & Jumpaa Villas
Nestled along a meandering river under a bamboo canopy, Jumpee and Jumpaa Villas are serene riverside retreats crafted from golden teak. Each villa spans 120 sq. meters (1,300 sq. feet) and offers large balconies perfect for late breakfasts or wildlife spotting. Designed for comfort, the villas feature modern furnishings, silent climate control, and a peaceful ambiance ideal for a quiet escape.

River Villa
The River Villa is an ideal choice for families, offering 125 sq. meters (1,350 sq. feet) of living space, including two spacious bedrooms, a separate living room, and a large balcony overlooking grazing buffalo by the river. Constructed from golden teak, the villa combines traditional charm with modern comfort, including silent climate control for year-round ease.

Mali Villa
Mali Villa, surrounded by towering banyan trees, provides a cozy 110 sq. meters (1,200 sq. feet) of space perfect for singles or couples. Overlooking rice fields and mountains, this golden teak villa features its own steam room and silent climate control, making it an intimate and rejuvenating retreat.

Natee Villa
Natee Villa is a family-friendly two-bedroom haven, offering 140 sq. meters (1,500 sq. feet) of space, a private koi pond, and large balconies for scenic breakfasts. Each bedroom has an en-suite, and the villa is equipped with a separate living room and silent climate control for your comfort.
