Nestled in the heart of the charming ski village of Champagny-en-Vanoise, this exquisite chalet offers a luxurious retreat in the expansive Paradiski area. From the moment you enter the village, where time seems to slow, you’re embraced by the beauty of this discrete alpine location, signaling that your holiday has truly begun.

As you approach the chalet, its elegance and breathtaking surroundings become undeniable. Designed by renowned interior designer Kelly Hoppen, the chalet blends the rustic charm of mountain living with sleek modernity, creating a sanctuary of warmth, calm, and understated luxury. Every element has been meticulously curated, from the high-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets to cashmere blankets and linen cushions, all bathed in a soft, neutral palette and thoughtfully balanced lighting that exudes mountain chic.

Perfectly situated, the chalet is a sun-drenched haven just 300 meters—or an easy 8-minute walk—from the Champagny gondola. This whisks you into the heart of the Paradiski area, offering 160 lifts and 450km of pistes. For ultimate convenience, ski lockers at the gondola’s base and summit eliminate the need to carry equipment back to the chalet. And upon your return, the quaint village atmosphere greets you with charming French cheese stalls, boutique shops and après-ski bars that invite you to unwind.

With seven local restaurants and bars, the village maintains its authentic French allure, free from the bustle of hotels. English is widely spoken, yet the charm of traditional mountain life remains. If you seek adventure beyond skiing, the chalet is just 20 minutes from Courchevel or less than 10 minutes from Champagny Le Haut, the gateway to the pristine national park.

The park offers a magical array of winter activities: 23km of cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing, sledging, pony-sledging for the little ones, dog sledding, and even ice climbing on the iconic ice tower. Complete your day with a visit to the “Refuge de Bois,” where authentic Savoie cuisine awaits to round off your mountain experience.

The living spaces invite relaxation, with stunning views of the dramatic Bozel Valley visible from the lounge, its balcony and select bedrooms, including the master suite. The perfect place for sipping your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine to soak in the perfect panorama, stretching from the valley to the iconic Courchevel slopes.

Reviews

“Unforgettable and lifelong memories made from start to finish. Our stay at the chalet was nothing short of perfection, from the incredible decor and feel around the place to the marvelous hospitality offered, the chalet had everything and more. When we weren’t on the slopes, we’d gather around the magnificent dining table sharing great laughter or cosy up in the snug, we felt so at home. The area is filled with lots of life with great restaurants, bakeries, shops, pop-up stalls and bars. There is nowhere else I’d rather ski, staying here is a must!

” … we did nor realise how absolutely awesome it was until we walked through the door. The interior design is incredible, the accommodation top class, the views of Courchevel are magnificent and the food delicious. The chalet provides easy access to some of the biggest ski areas in the world and the skiing is superb … [the chalet] is simply spectacular and cannot wait to get back.

“Having skied in Europe for 35 years I can honestly say that the Chalet is the nicest chalet I have stayed in. The layout means it works equally well for an extended family with plenty of space for the kids to chi ok as it does for a group of friends looking for a fabulously comfortable chalet with easy access to great skiing.”

” … highly recommend it, we had a fantastic time. The chalet itself is immaculate and spacious, with a magnificent view across the valley. Everything is to a high specification yet it maintains a very homely feel. It’s just a few minutes walk to the main lift and the small bars of Champagny, so it’s very convenient for the slopes and a little apres ski on the way home! Hari, the chef, was outstanding and flexible on timings, he really engaged with us on menus and preferences. There were some added touches like the vinyl record player, hot tub, etc. Will be returning ourselves and would highly recommend.”

“It’s beautifully finished, with wonderful style and taste. The view of the valley from the front room is very special. Access to the ski slopes is good and the village has a good choice of restaurants. This is difficult to beat!”
