Paris is the City of Love all year round, that said, if you come in winter, when there are fewer other tourists, you can have more of the city all to yourself. The weeks leading up to Christmas, with the city decked out in lights and decorations, or around Valentine’s Day, are both excellent times to plan a couple’s vacation to Paris.
