The atelier-style apartment, which sleeps up to five, is found on the inside of the courtyard of a historic building. The street is just steps from the Pompidou Center, the Hôtel de Ville and the trendy Marais district. It’s surrounded by a wide range of shops and restaurants, plus a number of museums and other sites of interest. Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle and the Louvre are all within a five to ten minute walk. There are also excellent public transit links a mere block or two from the doorstep.
Completely renovated in 2016, the apartment combines comfort, simplicity, and whimsical design. The bright, main living area has a home-like feel decorated with botanic and animal themed prints, designer furniture, and accents of natural wood. The small, yet efficient kitchen is open to the main room and has everything you would need to prepare your own meals. There is seating for six at the kitchen table.
The bedroom gives onto the other side of the living room, the queen bed is decorated in earth tones and trendy wallpaper. The aqua-green bathroom has a heated towel rack, a sink, a rainshower and built-in cabinetry; the toilet is set apart with its own sink. Upstairs is the loft area, which can serve as both a comfortable TV room or as a second bedroom. The large sofa is also a trundle bed that can convert into a queen bed or two single beds. A single pullout sofa in the living room downstairs offers another sleeping option, making this property an excellent option for families, friends, or business travelers.
